Challenges: This 1910s villa had been relocated and was in poor condition after years of neglect. The weatherboards, fascias, and exterior features were significantly deteriorated, requiring extensive preparation, repair, and restoration before painting could begin.

Bringing heritage architectural elements back to life involved considerable surface treatment, filler work, and multiple coats to ensure durability and enhance detail while preserving the villa’s original character.

The transformation required far more time and craftsmanship than a standard exterior project, but the results delivered a remarkable before-and-after, restoring the beauty of this historic home.
